The value for money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety or options.

The Graben Hotel in Vienna was the perfect choice for our stay. The staff was incredibly polite and provided great service throughout our visit. We were impressed with the amazing location, right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including traditional choices and different dishes each day. We especially loved that we got a whole pot of coffee for our table. It was my birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised me with a small cake in my room, which was a delightful touch. the hotel's old-fashioned style and soul made it exactly what we were looking for.

Felt like family, there was no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major tourist attractions and the trendy shopping district. We loved being so close to Stephansplatz, where we could easily access the U-Bahn station. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the person from Taiwan. The hotel also had clean and well-maintained facilities.

Can't fault anything about it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right in the center of Vienna's old town, making it the perfect base for sightseeing and exploring the city. Being just steps away from the metro station and close to the train station, it offers easy access to transportation. the hotel is located near the main street, Graben, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes.

One aspect to note is that the furniture in the rooms can be a bit outdated.
