I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything extremely well kept. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop bar which had a great view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, and shopping streets all conveniently nearby. The staff was exceptional, from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive service at the restaurant. Special thanks to Mariana for taking care of us and to David for answering all our questions. The breakfast options were delightful, with a great variety of savory and sweet choices.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Barcelona. Despite arriving before check-in time, I asked if our room was ready and lucked out with an early check-in. The location was perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. The staff were attentive and made us feel like VIPs. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel felt safe and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Barcelona.

Fantastic location on the edge of the barrio Gotic with amazing views over the harbour. Very friendly and welcoming staff who provide a warm reception. Clean and comfortable rooms with lovely little welcoming touches. Relaxed ambiance in the hotel bar/restaurant. Great soundproofing, making the rooms peaceful and quiet. Ideal location for exploring the area on foot, by cab, or using subways. Courteous and helpful staff who provide excellent service. Charming and beautiful hotel with real character.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff provided great service throughout our stay.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and modernity. The room size was great, and it was always impeccably maintained. The facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop terrace where we could relax after a busy day exploring. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet area near the beach and right in the heart of the gothic quarter, making it perfect for sightseeing. Plus, there were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, offering a variety of cuisines.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and a stunning view. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. Free treats like chocolates and a complimentary drink upon arrival added a nice touch.

There were a couple of occasions where the communication between the reception staff and the rooftop terrace staff was not smooth. This led to some inconveniences during check-in and dinner time.

The location of this place was perfect for our tourism needs, as it was just a minute away from the old town and a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff here were outstanding in meeting all our needs and providing exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Erkuden, were so professional and friendly. They made sure to check us in quickly and gave us great advice on the surrounding area. The room itself was top-notch, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Barcelona. The staff, amenities, and location were all exceptional, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
