We had a wonderful time at Ramada during our stay. The location was convenient for visiting our son and grandchildren, which was the purpose of our trip. The front desk staff was excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. We even got the option to park in the back of the adjacent property when we couldn't find parking. The beds were comfortable and the carpets seemed new. we enjoyed our stay at Ramada and would recommend it.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was so convenient! There was a great coffee shop nearby that was open early in the morning, perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job, everything was always tidy. To top it all off, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The vicinity and surroundings were perfect, close to state beach, Carmel by the Sea, Point Lobos, and Monterey. Good amenities and comfortable room with necessary items. Complimentary breakfast would be a nice addition. Excellent staff who went above and beyond.

For the price we paid, the room was decent and the TV had great picture quality. We had a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with an Asian Market and Viet café just across the street. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help. They even called my room when the locksmith arrived after I got locked out of my car. When I needed to extend my stay, they gave me a better room at the same price. Already booked my next trip with them!

One small improvement for the breakfast option would be to have fresher bagels and less bitter coffee.

Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all basic amenities were provided during our stay. The rooms themselves were spacious and well-equipped, with useful features such as an iron, hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the curtains prevented any water from splashing out. Furthermore, the hotel is conveniently located near a great coffee shop that opens early, which was a much-appreciated perk after a long day of traveling.
