This place has a fab location—literally steps away from all the cool spots! Our room was super spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly, always ready to help out when we needed. The breakfast options hit the spot, though the dining area could get a bit crowded. Just wish the elevator situation was smoother.

A spacious, modern corner room provided comfort, while the well-maintained executive lounge offered good breakfast options and a lively happy hour, featuring a great selection of food and drinks. However, the sound insulation from the street could be better, as I noticed traffic noise, particularly ambulances. Public transport access was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast options! I'll definitely return for a holiday.

The hotel offered a fantastic kids' menu that my children loved, and the dedicated Kids Breakfast experience made mornings so much easier. Plus, we appreciated the balcony in our room, allowing us to enjoy the lovely Vienna views while staying with my father.

In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly activities could enhance the experience.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a quick walk to St Stephen's Square and the Rathaus. The cleaning crew was super friendly! and I loved the good water pressure in the spa-like bathroom.

I had an amazing time at this incredible hotel! The breakfast buffet was off the charts with a ton of delicious options, and the room was super spacious and comfortable. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was great, but I wish there was more counter space in the bathroom to organize my stuff. I'd definitely book this place again!
