I recently stayed at the Hilton Plaza in Vienna for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Jonathan who made check-in a breeze. In these challenging times, the hotel's strict cleanliness and safety measures were very reassuring. And I have to mention the incredible mattresses - I've never slept so well! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the city center and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained property. We appreciated the convenience of the underground station entry just around the corner and the tram stop right outside. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is situated in a great area allowing you to explore the city easily on foot or catch a cab to get to your destination. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with gorgeous bathrooms, and views. The staff are super friendly and provide exceptional service. Breakfast is fantastic with a great selection of food to choose from. The gym is well-equipped and maintained.

The sauna facilities are quite limited compared to the size of the hotel, which can cause it to get crowded.

During Christmas, the hotel offered a festive ambiance with beautiful decorations and a cozy atmosphere. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was close to all major attractions and provided easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the hotel had a strong fragrance throughout the lobby that became overpowering and unpleasant after a while.

As young holiday goers, we loved the stylish and well-decorated rooms at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The friendly and professional service we received from Maria, the Breakfast Manager, was a standout. She made our stay even more enjoyable.
