Excellent location for outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing, with a main chairlift nearby. Well-equipped and clean rooms with spacious balconies. Friendly and helpful staff, providing free equipment like sledges and backpacks. Impressive swimming pool and spa area. The spa facilities were fantastic, offering a range of treatments that my partner and I both enjoyed. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, nestled in the heart of the mountains and surrounded by beautiful scenery. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of hiking trails nearby, which we took advantage of every day. the meals were also delicious, with a great selection of local cuisine that we thoroughly enjoyed trying.

The rooms were a bit on the small side, which made it a tad bit cramped for us to relax comfortably. the service at the front desk could have been a bit more attentive and welcoming, as we felt that we were not given much information about the area and had to do some research on our own.
