Great location near the High street and beach. Had the whole top floor, didn't hear others. Friendly welcome, shown breakfast area. Clean room with tea, coffee, biscuits. Spacious room with comfy bed. Lovely family, good breakfast. Clean property, recently refurbished. Excellent location near beach and coastal path. Highly recommend!

the family owners were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the breakfasts were a highlight, with delicious cooked-to-order meals served each morning. the rooms were clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. the location of the property was also very convenient for my activities throughout the day and evening. I had a wonderful weekend and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at a B&B in an excellent location for exploring the area. the guest house owners were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to overstay for an interview. While the beds were a bit small for our tall frames, everything else was perfect. We would definitely return to this cozy guest house.

Our stay at Waverley B&B was a delightful experience. The location was excellent, providing a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Exmoor National Park and North Devon. Despite not having dedicated parking, we didn't have any trouble finding spots on the road. The roof top room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, although the beds were a bit small for us tall individuals. The guest house owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to overstay for half an hour on our last day. We would definitely return again!

waverley b & b in minehead was a fantastic stay. the location was perfect, close to the high street and the beach. the hosts were welcoming and thoughtful, even providing a fan during the heatwave. highly recommended to friends and family.

The location of this B&B is fantastic, with its close proximity to restaurants, shops, and the main avenue. Everything is within walking distance, yet the street it is situated on is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a cozy home away from home. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts are consistently delicious.

One minor drawback is that the attic room can get quite cold at night due to a lack of insulation. However, the host is aware of this issue and has plans to address it by adding a thermostatic oil radiator in the future.

had an amazing honeymoon trip to Minehead, and Waverley B & B exceeded all expectations! The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast was perfect. The location was ideal, close to the beach and High Street. Having the top floor to ourselves made it even more special.

The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to all the places we needed to visit throughout the day and evening. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the amazing full English breakfasts that were served every morning - they were simply delicious!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Waverley B&B! Ian and Michael were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they even cooked an extra sausage for my little yorkie. The B&B itself was warm, clean, and cozy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The toilets and bathrooms were well-maintained and stocked with toiletries. it truly felt like a home away from home.
