The location of the hotel is great, with the village just a 15-minute walk away, making it convenient for enjoying evenings in casual clothes. The ski locker room is top-notch, with heated lockers and ample seating for putting on boots. the breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a wide selection of fresh coffee, eggs cooked to order, and delicious breads and cakes.

The ski bus schedule could be improved, with buses running only every 30 minutes and the last ride back from Ellmau being at 17:30. It can be challenging to return to the hotel with skis after enjoying a few drinks in town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The service was excellent, from the friendly and helpful staff at the reception to the attentive housekeeping team. We were impressed with the ski pass vendor on-site, which made it convenient for us to hit the slopes. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a carpeted floor that added a touch of luxury. The dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area were both elegant and offered a great selection of food and drinks. We also enjoyed the packed lunches that were provided, perfect for our day trips.

Breakfast options were great, especially the fresh coffee and eggs cooked to order. the staff at the front desk were super friendly and always ready to help. the ski locker room was definitely the best I've seen - plenty of room to change into and out of ski boots, plus heated lockers to keep your gear dry.

The ski bus timings were inconvenient, with buses only running every 30 minutes. the last bus back from the slopes was at 17:30, which made it tough to enjoy après-ski without having to worry about making it back to the hotel.
