We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our window and the fact that the hotel provided a safe box in the room. The location was also great, with easy access to downtown and convenient parking.

When we arrived, the parking was full and we had to stop in front of the gate to ask for assistance. We were directed to a parking spot at a nearby restaurant, but it was inconvenient and made us worried about losing the space.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The rooms are well-appointed, with all the latest furnishings and required facilities, including A/C. The staff is friendly and provides great service, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options, including great croissants and vegetarian choices.

the prices were quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met. Lastly, the location, right above the last house on the mountain path, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I did not sleep well. the walls were thin, and I could hear noise from the street and other rooms.

Another plus point was the proximity of Hofer supermarket, where we could conveniently buy groceries at affordable prices. The staff at Dollinger were pleasant and kind, always greeting us during breakfast and going the extra mile to find us a cozy eating area when the restaurant was full. The breakfast spread was just right to start our day. our stay at the Dollinger was a delightful experience, and we fell in love with Innsbruck.

Our room for five people was incredibly spacious and we never felt cramped. the location was convenient, close to transportation and within a pleasant walking distance to many attractions. the breakfast was served in different rooms, providing a nice change of scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. it was the best motel we stayed at during our three weeks in Europe.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with a few things. the friendly and helpful staff made our experience enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and made us feel welcome. the hotel's great location was a bonus. It was conveniently located near bus stops and within walking distance to the town center, making it easy for us to explore the area. Lastly, we appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the parking spaces were limited and quite small, making it a bit challenging to find a suitable spot.
