We were warmly welcomed by Ulrike, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. She greeted us with a refreshing Austrian lemonade and even gave us a mini bottle of prosecco to celebrate my upcoming birthday. She took the time to show us to our room and explain everything in detail.

Although there were a few drawbacks such as the noise outside in the alleyway and the difficulty of reaching the hotel by car, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall enjoyable experience.

Well-situated hotel in old town with charming modern design and historical features. Comfortable, spacious rooms with great shower and rooftop views. The rooms have unique design and lively wallpaper and closet doors, adding a fun touch to the room. Nice bathrooms with fantastic shower heads. Loved the tea and great coffee. Outstanding location in Salzburg old town, just steps away from everything.

The location was perfect, right off the main square in the heart of old town. It's tucked away on a cute little alley, which made it feel like a secret oasis. Despite the heat outside, this place was in a shaded area so that it was less influenced by the heat. The service was top-notch with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond what was expected. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised by the staff's willingness to help with tours and tickets. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a sitting area, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The restaurant was also a highlight, with impeccable service and delicious food.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was near everything we wanted to see. The staff was awesome and the service was outstanding. They made us feel welcome and the room was great, very nice and comfortable. Spent my Xmas in the heart of the city center. Loved how the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in my cozy room. the hotel was in the perfect location to explore all the amazing Christmas markets and historic sites all within walking distance. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. the highlight of my stay was the free mulled wine offered at the check-in counter, which was a perfect start to the festivities.

The narrow alley in which the hotel was located could be quite noisy at times, especially in the early morning when the street cleaners came. the lack of A/C could be uncomfortable on warmer days.
