The hotel offers a quiet escape outside the hustle and bustle of the city, with a beautiful lobby that sets a welcoming tone. the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. the beds are super cozy, providing a good night's sleep. Plus, the room was immaculately clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations.

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! I was in town for a business conference and spent three nights at Grand Resort. the location was perfect, just off NJ Tpk, making it very convenient. the room was lovely, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed relaxing by the clean pool, despite the slightly uncomfortable lawn chairs. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel with easy access to trolleys for luggage transport and having a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room which added extra convenience. the room was comfy and clean, with a comfortable bed giving me a good night's rest.

On the downside, the noise levels from neighboring rooms were occasionally disturbing, and the bathroom was a bit cramped. the lack of a fully operational coffee shop was a disappointment, and there were some maintenance issues like a leaky shower head.
