The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. They provided us with all the information we needed and catered to our needs. The room was comfortable and always kept clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a tram station just a short walk away and a quick ride to the city center. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area for dining options.

That the hotel did not have a restaurant for evening meals. However, the reception staff were fantastic in suggesting nearby alternatives and even made a reservation for us at a lovely Austrian restaurant within walking distance.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the outskirts of the city, near a big Mall and close to Ambras castle and park, provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the city center. The staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided in the rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, with large windows in the lounge facing a beautiful mountain range. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast included in the stay is delicious, with a refreshing fresh orange juice served.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the beautiful Ambras castle. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with elegant lamps that created a calming atmosphere. The bathroom was magnificent, with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was rich and varied, with fresh and tasty options. Plus, the view of the mountains and the nearby church spire was simply breathtaking.

That the room didn't have air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot weather. However, the hotel provided a fan to help cool things down, so it wasn't a major issue.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, accommodating up to four people. The hotel is located in a peaceful suburb, but easily accessible to the city center via a short tram ride.

the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We found a few hairs in the bed and bathroom that seemed like they hadn't been cleaned well.
