The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional, with delicious and flawlessly prepared dishes. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, being conveniently close to both Pontypridd and Cardiff.

the food menu was limited and outdated, with small portions for a high price. the service provided by the staff was also lacking, with them appearing nervous and clueless most of the time.

The stunning garden and terrace, exceptional food, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful sea views, delicious breakfast with a fantastic choice.

I had a wonderful stay at Holm House. The location was perfect for my relaxing break, and the historic house with its stunning stained glass windows added a unique charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were of exquisite quality. I loved the beautiful bathroom with its double sink, extra-large shower, and relaxing bath. The two balconies provided breathtaking views of the Zen garden and the sea. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the Welsh breakfast. The staff throughout the hotel, from reception to the restaurant, were friendly and attentive. The spa facilities were clean and quiet, and the treatments were lovely. a delightful and relaxing experience!

The service here was top-notch, from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. They were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The room I stayed in was cozy and immaculately clean, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The luxurious finishing touches were a delight, from the big bathtub at the end of the bed to the high-quality toiletries provided. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options available, served to my table instead of a buffet. this place exceeded all my expectations and I am already planning my next visit!

Great weekend escape, fabulous position, and wonderful spa. the staff was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the contemporary design and traditional touches in the decor. the Molten and Brown toiletries were a pleasant surprise. the food was delicious, and the bar was well-stocked.

The junior suite was quite small and had limited headroom and uncomfortable sitting area. the vegetarian menu options were insufficient and unsatisfactory.

The whole experience - luxury, beautiful building, high standard bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed by our experience. The staff were outstanding, providing the best service we have ever had. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, with stunning rooms that overlooked the pier. The food was exceptional, both for breakfast and dinner. We particularly want to commend two members of staff, a 20-year-old blonde young man and a young girl with brown curly hair, who were absolutely fabulous and made our stay even more enjoyable. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they made our anniversary celebration extra special. The room was clean and well-furnished, with a comfortable settee, coffee table, and TV. The skomer room had a lot of amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and just a short walk to the Cardiff city center. Breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked hot food served at the table. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

We've been coming here every Christmas for the past 4 years and the service at Holm House never disappoints. The little touches and complementary upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. The room had a fantastic view and was well worth the extra money. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and professional. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel for a weekend getaway with something extra special.

The hotel also offered a fantastic choice of continental and traditional Welsh breakfast options.
