I recently stayed at a hotel in the Bruges area and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, just a short distance from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade breads, local cheeses, and fresh fruit. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

this charming hotel exceeded my expectations! after a previous stay in oudenburg, de stokerij stood out with its beautiful details, homemade breakfast, and comfy beds. we enjoyed wine in the backyard and took a stroll to a nearby lake. can't wait to come back and learn more about the history of this home!

no kettle for making coffee/tea

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a rural area, surrounded by well-maintained gardens and lovely countryside views. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the carefully decorated rooms to the open set bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. Speaking of the rooms, mine had a beautiful view of the fields with cows grazing, providing a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. The hotel provides all the basic amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and goes above and beyond by using homemade ingredients in their generous breakfast spread. I especially loved the fresh eggs cooked to order and the variety of local and homemade products available.

No improvements needed, everything was more than satisfactory.

We spent New Year's Eve in a charming and unusual guest house located in the heart of the countryside. the breakfast was the best we have ever tasted, and there was an amazing selection of beer and spirits. We enjoyed dining in the cozy area, which gave us beautiful views of open fields and countryside. the comfortable rooms were individually named and had a unique decor based on 17th/18th Century ships. the bed was very cozy, and the bathroom was equipped with a Jacuzzi.

The location was somewhat remote and would be difficult to find without GPS. Due to its rural setting, a car was required for any trips into the city.

A Hidden Gem in the Countryside

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a charming hotel just outside of Bruges. The tranquil countryside location offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation. The friendly hosts were attentive and provided helpful advice on local attractions. The homemade rolls and preserves at breakfast were a delightful touch. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities and limited TV channels, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
