We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right opposite the train station and ski bus stops. It made getting to the slopes so convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were lovely, and we had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good, with fresh scrambled eggs made to order. it felt like a home away from home.

The noise from the nearby road, which made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to ski buses that take you to the slopes. The view from the balcony was stunning. Additionally, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

My stay was not entirely enjoyable. The walls were thin, so I could hear noise from outside as well as from other guests in the hotel. Additionally, the staff were not very accommodating, and I encountered some issues during my stay that were not resolved to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel for business travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

The spacious and comfortable rooms were a delight, and the charming decorations added a lovely touch. The restaurant served delicious food, especially their local specialties. The location, near the train station, was perfect for exploring the Zillertal region. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and familial experience.
