The room was big and clean with nice extras like tea and coffee. The bed was really comfy and the towels were big and fluffy. The restaurant had tasty food and friendly staff.

There was no non-slip mat for the bath and the breakfast menus were hard to read. When I mentioned this, the staff didn't apologize and just blamed someone else.

Napoleon suite was stunning, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The bath area had a TV and a large, luxurious bathtub.

During my stay in the Derbyshire dales, I had the chance to dine at a lovely restaurant on Easter Sunday. The location was ideal, being close to both the attractions of the dales and the bustling center of Derby. The room I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped, complete with a coffee machine and snacks. The staff provided top-notch service, ensuring that I felt welcome and attended to. the breakfast provided a delightful start to each day.

The toilet cistern in the bathroom was slow to flush, requiring excessive pressure on the button.

The Farmhouse in Derby was an excellent find! The combination of little extras like brownies, a Nespresso machine, and comfy robes in the room really made me feel pampered. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The room was spacious with a huge, cozy bed and the view of the countryside was simply breathtaking. Plus, having the pub attached was a bonus - the evening meal was superb and the atmosphere with roaring fires and mulled wine made it even more special.

The only small downside was that the website didn't specify that the breakfast was continental instead of English. It just said "breakfast included," so I assumed it would be a full English breakfast considering the price.

The Farmhouse Derby offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in a lovely area with fields to the rear adds to the charm of this hotel. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are well-appointed with good facilities, and the lovely touches and unusual decorative touches add a unique touch to the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel near Alton Towers. The location was perfect, surrounded by fields and with a beautiful view. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge area to relax in. The bathroom was clean and had ample hot water. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were charming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also had outdoor picnic benches, perfect for a relaxing evening drink. excellent value for money in comparison to other local restaurants.

The lighting in the dining area was quite dim and could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at a beautifully done out pub with equally lovely rooms called The Farmhouse. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. They sorted a problem we had quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable with great facilities. The food, especially the hand made pizzas, was excellent. The breakfast was also delicious, with a lovely garden to look out on. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the university and had a great atmosphere in the public bar and restaurant area. The evening meal was tasty and had a wide range of options to choose from. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for our city break, including a comfy bed and all the amenities we needed.

The mattress in our room was quite firm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the room was a bit chilly during our stay and we had trouble regulating the temperature.

Located in a lovely area, The Farmhouse Derby offers a unique and rustic dining experience. The dining room has great views, a big fire pit, and the opportunity to watch pizzas being made. The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfortable beds, clean facilities, and fluffy towels. The staff provides efficient and friendly service, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. Guests can also enjoy the bustling bar area, which offers a wide selection of ales, wines, and spirits.

The only slight downside was that the carpet in one of the rooms could have been cleaner, as it appeared to have some stains.
