Room smelled strongly of smoke, and there were people smoking in the restaurant. Limited breakfast options and no gluten-free or lactose-free choices.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Zillertal Valley, in a well-lit area on the main road making it easy to find and access. It is also right next to all transportation options, including the train station where the ski buses depart. The rooms are comfortable and have balconies with access to two sides of the hotel. The breakfast is served in an elegant breakfast room with ample food available.

There were issues with communication as the staff had limited proficiency in English.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been more convenient, right opposite the train station where the ski buses depart to the ski slopes. It made getting around extremely easy. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a heating system, mini-bar, balcony, and sitting area. The terrace provided stunning views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I was extremely pleased with my stay here.
