The value for money at Avisa Downtown was excellent, with a big room, comfy bed, and great facilities like a fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, just a block away from the beautiful bay, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

They were attentive to detail and made sure that all of my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I especially loved the ones with a full view of Morro Rock. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and there was also wheelchair accessibility if needed. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was included in the price of the room and offered a wide selection of items to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pancake making machine - nothing beats freshly made pancakes in the morning!
