The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for our romantic escape. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even store our luggage after check-out.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it uncomfortably hot, especially during the summer. the constant noise from the passing trams outside our window made it difficult to relax and enjoy the quiet moments together.

I had a lovely stay at a charming and clean hotel near the city center. The building and rooms had a nostalgic feel, reminiscent of old films. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the complimentary kettle in the room. The location was fantastic, with easy access to trams and a short walk to the Rathaus. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with no noise issues. Breakfast was available for an additional cost and was delicious.

We loved the central location of this place, as it allowed us to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants around, without compromising access to the main tourist attractions. Additionally, the room service was excellent, as the friendly staff promptly attended to our needs, while the laundry service and airport shuttle relieved us of transport concerns. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed relaxing in both the bar and lounge areas, surrounded by the tasteful decor.

Highly recommended, this venue exceeded our expectations and we feel certain that anyone who stays here will appreciate the quality of the service, location and amenities.

The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the U bahn and close to many bars and restaurants. It's also not too far from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern showers and a nice view. The staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options.

There is a charge for a bottle of water, which I believe should be included.

The staff at Pension Baronesse were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room, which was much bigger than expected. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus and tram stops. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my stay at Pension Baronesse, I arrived early in the morning after a long train journey. Although the check-in time was later in the day, the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage in their secure luggage room.

I stayed at Hotel Pension Baronesse for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The breakfast offered a small variety, but everything was delicious, especially the bread. They had a nice selection of cereals, fruit juices, cooked eggs, cold meats, and cheeses. The location was great, just a short walk or tram ride to the city center and about 30 minutes to the old town. The area was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel had a charming style, with beautiful walls and carpets. They also provided a safe area to store luggage after check out. The tea at the reception was a nice touch. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to public transport and the presence of a lift made it easy to carry our luggage.

The hotel was located in a central area which made it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby and the large and comfortable bed in our room.

The outdated decor and dark colors of the room were not to our liking. the lack of air conditioning made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable, even with the two provided fans.
