The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing - right in the heart of the old town with stunning views. The design of the hotel is so stylish and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast terrace overlooking the sea and hills is a dream and the food is delicious. Imma and her staff are incredibly helpful and even arranged for someone to carry our luggage up the stairs. Being so close to everything was a huge advantage and we loved exploring the local restaurants and cafes. Taking the ferry to the nearby villages and the bus to Ravello was easy from the port. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only improvement that could be made at this hotel is regarding the noise level. While the rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable, we did experience some noise from the neighboring apartment due to the single door separating them.

We loved the hotel's great location in the city center, close to the beach, bus station, and the duomo. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking a small roadway and the water. The rooms were a good size, tastefully decorated with beautiful tiled flooring and bathrooms. The breakfast provided was tasty and varied. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and our rooms were spotlessly cleaned with fresh towels provided daily.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about

The location was perfect, being close to the center but still in a quiet area. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered a luggage carrying service, which was a great help considering all the steps in the area.

The noise from the nearby road was quite bothersome at times. It was not right in your face, but still noticeable.

Worst aspects of our stay were the number of steps to be climbed between the hotel and the town center. Although it added a certain charm, it became quite an ordeal for us, as we are not particularly fit.
