My recent stay at Ormond At was exceptional. The room I stayed in was beautifully renovated, with a spacious bathroom and a powerful shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's historic building added to the charm of the stay. The breakfast, served to order, was delicious and satisfying. Despite a few minor issues, such as limited parking and noise from the pub, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming town. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of Tetbury, making it convenient for exploring everything this beautiful place has to offer. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure their guests are well taken care of. Our room was a delight, with interesting furnishings and slightly nicer decor than expected. It was always cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. Plus, the attention to detail, like having a wardrobe or chair in the room, was appreciated. The breakfast was not included, but it was well worth the additional cost. The choice was excellent, with a special cooked sausage just for our dog, and no black pudding included. a wonderful stay at a great value. All was ok, nothing to complain about.

Lovely breakfast, reasonable drink prices, pretty outside eating area, good service. Two out of three rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Fully stocked for tea and coffee making.

The hotel also has a solid bar with good food and a selection of ciders, perfect for those who enjoy a drink. The superior double room with a four-poster bed was comfortable, and the large bathroom added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a great spot for nature lovers, providing direct access to a 10-mile walk.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, with easy access to antique shops and other attractions in the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all that Tetbury has to offer. The rooms were well-appointed with interesting furnishings and trendy artwork on the walls. The staff provided excellent service, going the extra mile by accommodating our vegan requests and even providing a special cooked sausage for our furry friend. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price, with no black pudding and a variety of options to choose from.

Although the rooms were comfortable, it would have been nice to have a fan for better air flow.

The staff were all excellent and the customer service fantastic - particularly as my mother has mobility issues and they did everything they could to make things easier including ensuring she had a ground floor room! The bar was welcoming and the breakfast had something for everyone! The rooms were very well equipped and absolutely stunning. A fantastic experience - we wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful garden room, excellent location right in the middle of the main street. The courtyard is absolutely stunning with an abundance of flowers and plants that were in full bloom thanks to the time of year. Room was clean and large, looked really beautiful and tastefully decorated. Decent shower with plenty of hot water for 2 people. Good breakfast, we also had dinner on first night which was good and very convenient. Staff were lovely- despite being quite stretched they were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Staff was great and this was the fourth time I have stayed here. Breakfast was huge!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city centre. We particularly enjoyed exploring the area and visiting Hobbs House bakery for their amazing range of artisan Sourdough breads. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden, soaking up the sun.

There is no on-site car park available.

Excellent Friday evening meal and good Saturday breakfast. Polite staff. Comfortable bed, good furnishings, and large mirrors in the room and bathroom. Quiet at night. However, the back area felt a bit small compared to other places. Breakfast had a variety of choices and perfectly poached eggs. Affordable price for clean, small rooms with bathtubs or showers. Overall a satisfactory stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering its prime location right in the centre of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our basic amenities were always taken care of. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and we particularly liked the attention to detail with the stylish decor and cosy atmosphere.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the creaky upper floor boards.

The breakfast was a great start to the day, with freshly cooked dishes and a good variety of options. The location was very convenient, close to key attractions and restaurants. Another advantage was the comfortable bed which provided a good night's sleep.

The unpleasant smell in the corridor and the shower room in poor repair were not very inviting. some drinks on the menu were not available, which was frustrating.
