the staff at Valerie were kind and friendly, and the apartment itself looked new and fully equipped. I particularly enjoyed the amazing mountains surrounding the area, which offered great opportunities for hiking and biking. the location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. it was just a short 5-10 minute walk to the cabin cable car, making it convenient for exploring the area. the Joker card, included in the stay, was a great bonus for accessing various attractions.

Great value for money with reasonable prices for a stay in this hotel. Attention to detail in the comfortable facilities and well-appointed rooms with beautiful mountain views. Excellent location very close to the Reiterkogel cable car, the center of Hinterglemm, and the other main ski lifts. Friendly and customer-focused staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay

Excellent location, just a short walk from the town center and ski lifts. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, especially liked the fresh bread and cheeses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with useful tips and recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom was a bit outdated. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and spotty at times.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at Hotel Valerie. The balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with a selection of hot and cold options. The staff took good care of us despite some temporary issues. We even received a Joker Card, allowing us free access to lifts. we highly recommend this gem of a hotel for a memorable stay.
