I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, allowing me to easily explore the city. The breakfast spread at Weisses Kreuz was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff who served me during breakfast were friendly and attentive. The onsite sauna provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, and comfortable amenities.

Kind staff, clean room, comfy bed, convenient location, good breakfast. Garage nearby for €15/night. Friendly receptionist provided map and parade information. Excellent for Christmas market. WiFi worked well. Central location on pedestrian street, quiet room with AC. No breakfast, but overall a great experience.

Location was great, easy walk to tourist sites and public transport. My room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed and big TV. the breakfast had a variety of food options to choose from.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, they seemed too busy to answer questions. the Wi-Fi was spotty and kept cutting out.
