the rooms exceeded my expectations with their charming Tyrolean decor. the view from my room was absolutely delightful, and the furnishings and decorations were of excellent quality. I was impressed with the attention to detail by the family who owns and runs the hotel. Even the cleaning staff looked clean and neat.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kirchberg and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, as it was not far from the ski bus stop, making it convenient to access the main ski area. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of skiing. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

There were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms that disrupted the tranquility of the stay.

Great location close to all amenities, ski bus, and picturesque views of the mountains. the staff was friendly and the spa was a highlight, with relaxing saunas and steam rooms to rejuvenate after a day of skiing or snowboarding. the breakfast was substantial and had a good variety of options.

The rooms were small and lacked proper storage space. the dinner was average and could use some improvement.

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing food they served. Every meal was a delight to the taste buds, and I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the ski bus stop and the center of Kirchberg. Although they didn't have baths or a jacuzzi as advertised, the wellness area with saunas and steam rooms was truly relaxing. While they didn't accept card payments, I found a convenient ATM nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Zentral for its delicious food and great location.
