The location was convenient, close to Rathaus and the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a kettle upon request and even giving me a guidebook on Vienna.

Breakfast delights could be improved with allowing dogs in the breakfast room. It was strange that Vienna, a dog-friendly city, didn't allow dogs in this area.

Zipser provided good value for money and we would recommend it.

We had the room with a balcony at Zipser and it was wonderful! The balcony overlooked a beautiful garden and was the perfect place to relax. The room itself was very nice, new, and comfortable. It was also very clean, which is always a plus. The hotel is centrally located and we found it easy to explore the city using public transportation. We also loved the breakfast at the hotel. we had a great experience and will definitely stay at Zipser again when we come back to the area in spring or fall.
