I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Zipser in Vienna. The value for money was excellent, with a clean and comfortable room overlooking the pleasant courtyard. The location was convenient, close to Rathaus and the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a kettle upon request and even giving me a guidebook on Vienna.

Breakfast delights could be improved with allowing dogs in the breakfast room. It was strange that Vienna, a dog-friendly city, didn't allow dogs in this area.

This hotel offered two great complementary facts, for instance, champagne and tasty chocolate on New Year's eve. its central location made it easy to walk to nearby bars. the bed was also reasonably comfortable.

The noise level in this hotel was quite intolerable, with music from the bar downstairs until early morning. the bathroom layout was inconvenient, making it hard to maneuver.

The breakfast at Zipser was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, bread, and delicious cheese. The staff, especially ALEN at the reception, were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. They even upgraded our room when we had some issues. Zipser provided good value for money and we would recommend it.

We had the room with a balcony at Zipser and it was wonderful! the balcony overlooked a beautiful garden and was the perfect place to relax. the room itself was very nice, new, and comfortable. It was also very clean, which is always a plus. the hotel is centrally located and we found it easy to explore the city using public transportation. We also loved the breakfast at the hotel.
