Incredible Experience: Our stay at Hotel Imperial was luxuriously amazing. We were upgraded to the stunning Elisabeth Suite with palace-like decor and impeccable 5-star service. The beds were large and comfortable, providing a fantastic sleeping experience. The staff was professional, kind, and always smiling, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Opus restaurant served a delicious 5-course dinner, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this hotel!

I recently revisited this historic hotel after 6 years, and it was just as enchanting as I remembered. The decor exudes romance and luxury, creating a truly timeless atmosphere. The room was exquisitely appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and a delightful bathroom. The breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, and the impeccable welcome from the staff made me feel truly valued. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I return to Vienna.

Our stay at Hotel Imperial was absolutely incredible. From the moment we entered the stunning lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience. The historical architecture of the building was breathtaking and added to the charm of the hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore all the major sights in Vienna. Although we encountered a minor issue with the shower temperature, it did not take away from the overall amazing experience we had. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. we had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Imperial and would love to return in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is in a perfect location in the city centre. The hotel is right across from a nice shopping mall with many boutiques, so we were able to do some great shopping during our stay. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and chandeliers. The bathroom was also impressive and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast in the cafe was excellent, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace. a fantastic experience.

The bar area was a little small, which made it difficult to find a seat during busy times.

Our room exceeded expectations, and we enjoyed a lovely view from the balcony. the breakfast buffet was great, and we also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and other extras provided.

The service at the bar could have been better, as we had to wait a bit too long to be served. the location was convenient for walking to many places, but the noise from the street was a bit bothersome at night.

The exterior and interior were exceptional, beautiful staircase to the lobby, spacious and beautifully decorated room, excellent bathroom facilities, outstanding service, great location near important sights.
