The hotel's location was perfect for our holiday, being next to a mall and making it easy for us to drive to Salem and into the city. The rooms were modern, clean, and a good size, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of options that worked well for my family.

Both Chris and Chris were incredibly courteous and helpful, answering all our questions and taking care of any needs we had. The rest of the staff was just as great, making us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, particularly in the well-maintained eating area where we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to everything right off Highway 95. Additionally, we were pleased to find that the hotel had ample parking and was conveniently situated next door to the 99 restaurant.

The value for our money was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms, a refreshing pool, and an amazing shower with plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. The staff at Fairfield Inn were friendly, helpful, and even went the extra mile to bring back a forgotten item from the shuttle.

This place is great! The location is perfect and it’s so convenient to everything right off 95. The staff is amazing and the service is top-notch. I was impressed by the range of amenities like the swimming pool and the fitness center. The rooms are so comfortable and have everything you could ever need, including a hair dryer and an ironing board.

If you’re in town for a specific medical facility, the shuttle might not be available to you due to issues beyond the hotel’s control. But overall, I recommend this hotel to all – it’s clean, comfortable, and very accommodating.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to be right in the middle of everything. With well-maintained amenities and basic services, you really get value for your money. The rooms are excellent with a pull-out sofa and a very good shower. Also, breakfast is very nice with a wide variety of choices to eat at a table or on a couch.

We were low-budget travelers and were impressed with the affordable rates at this hotel. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell, perfect for my allergies. The receptionists were kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The central location was convenient for driving to Salem and the city, with only 20 and 30-minute drives respectively.
