My stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hagerstown was fantastic! I was in town for a business meeting and stayed for two nights. The staff and service were amazing, from the friendly girl at the front desk to the helpful housekeeping ladies. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. The hotel staff really made me feel like a VIP and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was new, fresh, and well-kept, from the bedding to the well-designed room. The furniture was simple and comfortable, and the entire hotel appeared to be well-run. I was pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was already set up at 5:55am, before the official start time of 6am. The staff was incredibly helpful, even offering me a container for my rush-out plate of food. I also enjoyed the small but well-equipped exercise room and the coffee/tea station.
