Excellent concierge service, truly five-star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bar area offered excellent service and a cosy welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The concierge service was top-notch. The staff, especially Maria, went above and beyond to help us during the check-in process. She provided us with a map and expertly explained all the must-see sights of this city, including a strong recommendation for the City Hall Christmas Market. Thanks to her, we had a memorable experience during our 3-day stay.

De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, want het ligt heel dicht bij de bushalte voor bus nummer 70. Natuurlijk is het hotel natuurlijk vlakbij het centrum gelegen, wat erg handig is. Gelukkig is de kamer schoon en comfortabel, met een mooie badkamer. Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het ontbijt is lekker en er is genoeg keuze.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location just outside a subway station and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff were friendly and professional and the hotel had a charming bar.

The rooms are quiet and the breakfast is impressive with a wide variety of options. The staff provide excellent service and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with Stadtpark right across the street and a beautiful walkway along the river. We found it convenient to walk to most places, but there was also a nearby metro station for easy transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning lobby and bar. The cafe counter looked like a giant gingerbread house and served delicious coffee and cakes. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
