Brilliant breakfast options with a wide range, including Chinese and Arabic foods. Great location with easy access to taxis and metro, as well as being within walking distance to cultural highlights such as the opera and galleries.

Room readiness and key mix-up upon check-in. Furniture and fixtures in poor condition, with shower head and towel holder not properly fixed.

The hotel was beautiful with incredible service, particularly at the lobby bar. The breakfast buffet was one of the best ever. The location was convenient, close to a tube station and within walking distance of the city center and museums. The staff was friendly and helpful.
