We had a memorable time at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious , and I remember specifically indulging in those soft pastries that just melted in your mouth. he mixed us drinks like it was poetry in motion. It felt like luxury every evening after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly a budget stay, but worth every penny.

The location offered excellent access to museums and nearby dining options, making exploration effortless. The room was spacious, featuring a balcony, and the breakfast included a delightful variety of traditional local products. However, noise from the street was noticeable at night, and check-in was slightly delayed. A bit more attention to room temperature would enhance comfort.

Delightful staff greet you warmly, and the breakfast buffet is a real treat with varied options! ! The room is kept quite clean with excellent water pressure—a must for a refreshing shower after exploring.

We enjoyed our stay for four nights and loved the fantastic location, just a quick stroll to Vienna's major sights. The room was cozy, with underfloor heating in the bathroom—perfect since it was quite chilly outside! Breakfast was a delightful start to our adventures.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities, like stroller rentals.

i almost thought this would be a pleasant stay! the air conditioning didn’t work in one room, which was unbearable, and the late checkout i requested was denied by an indifferent clerk. the sad little gym was basically useless with no equipment. for a hotel that charges so much, i expected more than this mediocrity. absolutely disappointing.

I loved how close this place is to everything! Just a short walk to Hofburg Palace and plenty of cute cafes nearby. The staff were super friendly, and it was great having coffee in the lobby anytime I wanted. One thing tho—my room key opened a few different doors which was kinda confusing. Other than that, it was a great stay!

the room was lacking a 3rd bed when we asked for it , but the breakfast buffet was super amazing with tons of tasty options! plus, the location was perfect 🏙️ near many museums. staff were friendly too!

Free wifi worked well. very friendly staff for quick check-in. No flat-screen TV options.
