The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated on a quiet street with a small Christmas market and plenty of food and drink options within a minutes walk. It was also conveniently located within easy walking distance to museums, Christmas markets, and other sightseeing spots. Additionally, the hotel offered a great breakfast with lots of good quality options, and the staff provided excellent service.

One downside was that our room didn't have a view, but we had requested a quiet room so that may have been why. Another issue was that the room on the 6th floor was extremely hot, even in the middle of winter with the heating off.

We stayed in this hotel and loved how close it was to the Museum Quarter, situated on a quiet street adjacent to the main museums. It was just a stone's throw away from the shopping street of Marianfeller and in walking distance to the museum area. The hotel provided superior service, including professional and helpful bell staff, housekeeping, laundry room service and even a doctor on call. There was a tour and ticket assistance desk, a business centre and even car hire was available. The room amenities were excellent with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, an in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. We found the staff from the cleaners to the management to be warm and welcoming throughout our stay.

This hotel in Vienna is perfectly located right behind the museum quarter, with easy access to many destinations. The rooms are immaculate with good amenities, and there are even rooms with a terrace and a view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers healthy options and freshly made egg dishes.

The rooms were a nice size and well maintained. the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent. Very close to key attractions, with good restaurants in the immediate area.

The room was very comfy, but if I have to be picky - it was very dark and the furniture felt a bit old. the TV didn't have Netflix or YouTube, and the water flow in the shower should be stronger.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs during my Easter stay. the breakfast spread was excellent and had a great variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was a key aspect, as it was situated in a trendy neighborhood with convenient access to the subway and cultural attractions.

While the rooms were comfortable, they lacked adequate lighting, and the lamps provided weren't very bright. there was ongoing construction noise nearby which was quite bothersome at times.

As adventure travelers, we loved the hotel's prime location right next to the museum quarter and in close proximity to the Kunsthistorische museum, Leopold museum, and the Secession building. The room had a round window with a breathtaking view of the city, museums, and St. Stephen's cathedral. We also appreciated the quietness of the room and the large size. Good restaurants and coffee houses were just a short walk away, and the receptionists were helpful and efficient. a great base for art lovers exploring Vienna.
