I had a delightful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Braselton West By Ihg. The hotel appears quite new, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast spread included hot pancakes, scrambled eggs, and a variety of fresh pastries, which I thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The staff were genuinely attentive. Alexander offered me a comforting remedy for my headache, and Joel provided excellent dining recommendations. This thoughtful service truly enhanced my stay.

Poor management responses to issues!!! The room I was in had a rotten smell and cleanliness problems that went unaddressed!!! Billing issues caused unnecessary stress, and the noise disturbances from the street kept me up all night!!!

The hotel is clean and inviting with a great seasonal outdoor pool for the kids to enjoy. My sons loved the breakfast with tasty hot pancakes and scrambled eggs, a perfect way to start our days together.

My wife says that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved.

We had a nice weekend at the hotel and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable I honestly was impressed by that. The location was excellent too just 5 min from a winery and tons of dining options around I really felt like a local exploring the area.
