The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is in the center of the city and very close to the information center. It is also conveniently located near the ski lift. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with excellent bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing services like sorting out guest laundry and offering a free laundry service in the lobby. The breakfast is delicious, with a good choice of cheese, meat, and freshly baked croissants.

Some guests have mentioned that there were young children running and playing late into the night, which could be disruptive for those seeking a quiet and peaceful stay.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the center of Zell, just a short walk from the ski lift and close to everything. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a TV and entertainment system, and has a good parking space.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The free use of the washing machine and dryer at the lobby was really helpful for my family. The complimentary drinks from the mini bar in the apartment were a nice touch, and we appreciated the free gift upon checkout. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski lifts and amazing bars and restaurants.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor things that could have been better. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern and comfortable apartment in The House, located conveniently near Saltzburg airport. The underfloor heating and triple glazing kept us warm and cozy. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. The communal kitchen/diner/lounge had everything we needed. The quality and quantity of food provided, including the delightful afternoon teas, exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The sauna and steam room were a great way to unwind. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful town and the stunning lake nearby. I highly recommend The House Zell Am See for a memorable stay.

I had an unforgettable vacation here! I loved the location, which was very close to the ski lift and nestled in a peaceful area. In addition, the staff were always so accommodating and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The room had all the amenities I could want, including a cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV, and kitchen with everything I needed. The spa facilities were also wonderful and provided a relaxing escape from the cold slopes. Plus, the free Wi-Fi all throughout the hotel was very helpful.

The lack of air conditioning in the apartment during hot summer months can be uncomfortable for guests.
