Smooth check-in process, with only a 10-minute wait. Wifi available throughout the entire complex. Polite staff provided helpful directions and information. Free dinner at a la carte restaurant for guests staying 7 nights. Great room with daily minibar restocking and cleaning. Delicious and varied dinner options. Access to additional hotels and entertaining evening shows. Amazing water park nearby, ideal for families with kids.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with local shops just a 5-minute walk away. Guests can also enjoy a delicious meal at the a la carte Chinese restaurant, or dine at the K-Club restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and daily maid service.

The entertainment program could be improved.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. the spa and wellness centre exceeded our expectations with its variety of treatments, including a full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, as we were able to relax in the sun and take a dip whenever we wanted. the evening entertainment was superb, with live shows and karaoke that kept us thoroughly entertained. the restaurant had an incredible selection of dishes, with buffet breakfast and dinner offering a wide range of options.

The only minor issue we had was with the service, which was a bit slow at times. this did not detract from our overall experience.

The buffet was amazing with so many different dishes to choose from, including special Christmas-themed food. the pools were fantastic, and there was a pool for every mood, whether you wanted to relax, have fun, or keep fit. We also enjoyed the live music and shows in the evenings and Christmas carols on Christmas Eve.

the quality of some of the drinks was not up to par and could have been fresher. However, overall, this was a wonderful place to spend Christmas, and we would definitely recommend it.
