The hotel staff treated guests like family, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent, and the restaurant and bar were lovely. Additionally, upon checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to receive two high-end bottles of wine. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the town centre but still in a quiet area. The staff was amazing, assisting us with each request. The room was clean and well-equipped, with heating and air conditioning, a sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, with special diet menus available. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including a spa lounge, sun terrace, sun loungers and a garden area. Plus, the wi-fi was strong and reliable.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel and we loved the complementary sparkling wine and hors d'oeuvres served in the lobby. The location was perfect--we were able to walk to the city center and enjoy the festivities. the hotel's shuttle service to nearby attractions was a major plus. The room was also very comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized and overwhelmed during check-in and checkout. It took a while for us to get our room and we had to wait in line for a while to check out.
