The best aspects of our city break were the convenient location and the friendly staff. the hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main square, restaurants, and other attractions. We also loved the fact that parking was readily available and at a discounted rate. This made it hassle-free for us to come and go as we pleased, especially after a long day of skiing. the staff were always welcoming and went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations for dining and activities. the breakfast was another standout feature, with a wide selection of delicious and fresh options to start our day off right.

It is located in the pedestrian area, right next to Piazza Walther. The staff members are all wonderful; competent and polite at all times. The rooms are extremely modern and recently renovated. The hotel is also in an excellent position, close to the Laubengassen and within walking distance to the Otzi Exhibition and the gondola up to Ritten. The bar area on the ground floor opens onto a paved outside seating area, perfect for people-watching.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The staff were all gracious and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch with freshly cut fruits and delicious plums in syrup. you couldn't pick a better place to stay.
