The massage services by Luci and Marie were incredible, especially their deep tissue massages. The grounds are well-maintained, with a tranquil atmosphere and stunning mountain views. The beautiful gardens, pools, ponds, and waterfalls create a peaceful and exotic setting. The pool was refreshing, the hot tub was lovely, and there was plenty of space to relax. The complimentary continental breakfast was also enjoyable.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful grounds and attention to detail. We enjoyed the multiple swimming pools, bars, and hidden spots throughout the day. The restaurant had excellent fusion food, and the spa was top-notch. The owner/manager family was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The constant innovations and updates made each visit special. Definitely a must-stay!

One drawback is that the breakfast buffet was basic and lacked bread. However, overall I would still highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional experience.

During Easter holidays, I had an amazing experience at a peaceful and exquisite retreat. the delicious and diverse culinary options were a delight, including two complementary drinks. the hotel is located in a breathtaking area surrounded by mountains and greenery, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. the staff was kind and helpful at all times, responding quickly to our requests.

The hotel was located in an area with poor wifi and cell phone coverage, making it difficult to communicate with the outside world and causing some frustration.

We stayed in a beautiful casita surrounded by magical mountains and lush gardens. The room was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view. The staff was accommodating, arranging transportation and making us feel safe. The breakfast was delicious and we could even order food to our room or the pool. The yoga classes pushed our bodies and the meditation classes were enlightening. It was the most relaxing vacation we could have asked for.

There was an incident with a rude staff member cleaning the pool, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and made sure everything was perfect the next day.
