Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, outstanding spa and sauna area, beautiful outdoor pool.

Not one thing.

The spa and sauna area was outstanding. We had the opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The sauna master was professional and attentive throughout our visit. The location of the resort was perfect, surrounded by beautiful woodlands. The breakfast and dinner buffet offered a variety of delicious and authentic options. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Karwendel Mountain. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Everything about my stay was excellent. the food was amazing, especially the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. the location was perfect, with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy. the outdoor pool was lovely, and the gym was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. the staff was super friendly and always willing to help.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the bathrooms could use some updating. However, this was a minor issue and didn’t affect my overall experience.

In three words, everything was perfect at this resort. The cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location in the open area of Tirol was simply breathtaking. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional.
