The staff were exceptional, providing super service and amazing food. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly lady who escorted us to a lounge for a Champagne cocktail and canapes. the room service was excellent, and the three-course breakfast was a highlight.

Although the room decor was nice, it felt a bit underwhelming for the price. Improvements could be made to offer a pillow menu and upgrade the bathroom.

the room was not only spacious, but also extremely comfortable, making me feel right at home. the kitchen was warm and homely, with a lovely set up that added to the overall experience.

I had a unique experience staying in a lovely Scottish castle with charming villages nearby. The gardens were outstanding, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The room I stayed in had antique furnishings and a large brass four-poster bed, giving it an authentic feel. The staff greeted me by name and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The meals were truly excellent, with delicious vegetarian options that rivaled the meat dishes. The chef's attention to detail was evident in the well-prepared courses, hor d'oeuvres, and petit fours. a truly memorable and restful visit.

From the moment I arrived at this luxurious hotel, I felt incredibly pampered. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were just what I needed to relax and unwind. the spa centre offered a variety of services, including massage, which I took full advantage of. the elegant restaurant served the most delicious continental breakfast, and I enjoyed a wonderful in-room breakfast, which was just perfect. the bar/lounge area was beautifully decorated and provided a great setting to enjoy a cocktail.

While they were friendly, they failed to pre-empt my needs, and I had to ask for things that should have happened naturally.

I had my very own private chef who cooked amazing dishes and provided snacks and fresh fruit. I enjoyed various country sports, including shooting and trout fishing. The Victorian Glasshouse and Bothy were perfect for dining. The castle grounds were stunning, with beautiful gardens and a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and the staff provided excellent service.

The internet was as reliable as Scottish weather.
