We had a lovely romantic stay and enjoyed the spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. The buffet breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty, with friendly and attentive service. The location was picturesque, with stunning mountain views and easy access to the nearby thermal spa. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

Our room was slightly dated and lacked some modern amenities, such as a mini-fridge. The wifi signal was weak and unreliable at times.

Great central location, easy access to ski area via public transport and hotel shuttle. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice. Wonderful spa with free access to nearby Alpentherme via tunnel. Beautiful views of Gastein Valley.
