The outdoor spaces were perfect for the kids to run around while my wife and I enjoyed the beautiful views. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

My wife says that adding a children's menu at the restaurant would have been helpful.

we enjoyed a comfortable stay at mercure with good amenities, including a lovely balcony with a view of the golf course. the breakfast was amazing, and the staff were helpful and friendly, even offering help with our bags. parking was ample, and the location was perfect for our golfing trip. vegan options were available, though we wished for dairy-free milk.

The gorgeous room had a stunning view and everything was clean and comfy, making for a pleasant stay at the hotel. the sun terrace was a great spot to chill out with a drink and enjoy the lovely weather, and the garden area was a peaceful retreat for a relaxing afternoon. the only bummer was having to pay extra for coffee during breakfast, but it wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. 🌞.

The decorations in the lobby and common areas were just lovely, dear. the gentle colors and cozy seating areas made me feel right at home. And oh, the hotel was so easy to navigate for us seniors, with everything conveniently located on one level.

I would hope for more consideration for senior guests from the young staff.

The hotel is located near a beautiful golf course, with wide fairways and fast greens. The rooms overlook the golf course and offer a splendid view of the surrounding landscape. The staff provide exceptional service and the rooms are immaculate. Additionally, there is a beach nearby, perfect for a relaxing day under the sun.

The kitchen closed early one afternoon, leaving us without any food options until the next day.

I had a fabulous stay at the Mercure in Portsea. The view from my balcony overlooking the golf course and bay was absolutely stunning. The room was well-equipped and had everything I needed, including a fridge and a good-sized TV. The breakfast at the golf club was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the stunning view of the greenery and the ocean from our room. It was truly beautiful to wake up to. the bed was comfortable and we had a spacious balcony to enjoy the scenery. Another highlight was the breakfast; it was delicious and we were pleased to have almond milk options.

Our experience was slightly tarnished due to some cleanliness issues. the dust on the furniture was noticeable and the outdoor area was covered in cobwebs which was not appealing.
