great coffee machine in the room, which was a nice touch. breakfast area was cramped, leading to long waits.

the hotel is in serious need of refurbishment, and I almost enjoyed my stay if it weren't for the moldy shower, disgusting stains everywhere, and the utterly cramped reception that made me feel like I was entering a broom closet. Also, I expected a complimentary upgrade due to these issues, but apparently that’s too much to ask for.

I loved the spacious junior suite and appreciated the friendly service, especially from Alexander, who always checked on our happiness. The unbeatable location made exploring Vienna a breeze, though I struggled with the air conditioning.

The location is ideal for exploring nearby cafes, and the spacious family room was perfect for us. Jun, the doorman, was super friendly!

this hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from many cool places, and the staff are super friendly! loved that they made fresh coffee for us at breakfast, way better than machines. the room was pretty spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the nice decor. we had a great meal at the hotel restaurant, really surprised at how good it was! its also quiet, which is a plus after a long day exploring vienna.

However, the air conditioning could use better maintenance, as it seemed less efficient. Also, the shower needed some quick de-scaling to enhance the water flow!

I truly appreciate the thoughtful touches like the welcome drink and the comfortable room amenities that made our stay feel luxurious.

I loved the spacious family room and enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after a busy day exploring the city. They even have a nice spa lounge for unwinding. The only hiccup was the air conditioning being a bit off, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊
