This place was superbly located, right beside the famous Cafe Central and within a few minutes' walk of many popular tourist attractions like the Spanish Riding School, Sissy Museum, and Vienna State Opera House. It was also surrounded by great restaurants and shopping boutiques. The staff here were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was excellent, and the rooms were well equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a lovely garden terrace where you could relax.

They were always friendly, attentive, and polite, providing a high level of service. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, they promptly upgraded us to a junior suite and apologized for the inconvenience. The suite was truly amazing! Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including a buffet and a la carte menu. There were also snacks and fruit available in the lobby throughout the day. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful facilities, and excellent service.
