We explored the Gene Torres Golf Course and took amazing historic tours. The big screen televisions were perfect for our favorite event. Plus, the culinary activity on the first floor was epic!

We just wished there was a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers.

The hotel's beautiful historic decor brought me back to a time of elegance and charm. The lobby and common areas were welcoming and provided plenty of comfortable seating for us seniors to rest and socialize. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility for us seniors, with no stairs to navigate and spacious hallways for easy walking.

I would only wish for better assistance from the staff, as some of the children of the staff seemed indifferent to our needs.

The Plaza Hotel is THE place to stay! I felt like a celebrity with its movie fame, indoor pool, gym, and coffee bar. The Navajo rugs added a touch of culture, and the sangria was simply divine. Cheers!

We were disappointed with the lack of amenities and services offered by the hotel. the wifi connection was extremely poor, constantly disconnecting and requiring us to repeatedly log back in.

Always stay here. Staff helped with late check-in. Perfect for me - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, and restaurant. Coming back for Easter.

Additionally, the spacious suite we were upgraded to was a pleasant surprise. the dinner at the on-site restaurant was also a highlight, with delicious food and decent portion sizes. the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and cafes in the nearby town square. we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay. the heat in my parents' room couldn't be adjusted, making it uncomfortably warm for them.

We loved staying here! The hotel is located in a highly scenic area, right on a circular plaza. The service was excellent, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry. The amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning made for a very comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and there was plenty of garden furniture to relax on.

The reservation staff were amazing. So helpful. Above and beyond courteous. the rooms are large and they are really like suites. They have an extra fold-out couch in a separate room, two separate vanities, and a tub. the location is great, with lots of good restaurants around within walking distance.

One evening, the restaurant closed earlier than advertised, which was disappointing. Also, the service in the restaurant was inconsistent, with one amazing server and another who seemed uninterested.

The burst of culinary activity on the historic hotel's first floor was a real highlight for our family. The restaurant provided a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the bar offered a great selection of drinks. We all enjoyed watching our favorite event on the large screen televisions and indulging in the excellent food and drinks.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from having more family-friendly activities for kids.
