The cozy room had a beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, and a fantastic shower. The hotel's unique decorations, including fitting quotes, guitars, and a movie theater, added to the overall experience. The large terrace with a great bar was a favorite spot of ours. The location couldn't have been better, making it easy for us to explore Vienna. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The hotel has a great location next to a metro station, which makes moving around very easy. It is straight away from a local market and close to other public transportation. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has quality products. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast has various delicious options that are very satisfactory. Also, the terrace bar offers a pleasant atmosphere for drinks.

The hotel lacks a personal touch and could improve its level of customer service to make guests feel more welcomed.

I had such a great stay here! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with lovely decor that made me feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the in-room tea and coffee facilities. The location was ideal, right in the middle of everything so it was easy to explore. The staff was fantastic too, very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the free welcome drink – such a nice touch!

Ruby had an excellent location, just like we wanted. the room was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing bed. the self-check-in process was easy and efficient. the hotel had a trendy and stylish atmosphere, attracting artistic young people. There was even live music when we arrived, adding to the vibrant ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised to find an amp for an electro guitar in our room, which we loved. the location was also great for shopping and dining, and the tube station was just a short distance away. it was a great hotel for young travelers or couples without children, with convenient amenities and a good location.

I must say, I got great value for my money at Ruby Marie Hotel in Vienna. The room was comfortable, and I loved the unique glass box shower in the middle of the room. The location was ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance to the center. The staff was friendly and treated me like family.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement by adding warm food options like eggs.

The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations with a variety of fresh fruits, breads, and hot foods. the bar staff were always welcoming and eager to chat. the hotel was located near my business meetings which made it easy for me to get to work on time. the gym facilities were a pleasant surprise which helped me maintain my usual routine even on a business trip.

The hotel had some downsides that made my stay less than ideal. the front desk staff was unhelpful, and felt cold which gave the impression that they didn't care about customer service.

Charming staff at the 5th-floor bar. Self-check-in system. Excellent staff always ready to help. Comfortable and brand new rooms.

The room was exceptionally quiet and we enjoyed very restful nights, which was a major bonus for me as a light sleeper. the view from our balcony was also glorious, providing a beautiful backdrop for our Christmas stay. the staff were friendly and contributed towards the warm and welcoming atmosphere that pervaded the hotel.

This caused a lot of unnecessary arguing and left us upset and annoyed for the first few days. the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with dust and fluff balls on the floor.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with great toiletries, and there's even a chance to purchase them at the hotel reception. The hotel also offers extra activities, such as movie nights and morning yoga, ensuring there's always something to do.

One minor downside is the lack of a fridge or drink facilities in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at a very modern and cool hotel. the check-in process was ultra quick and we even received a free coffee as our room was not quite ready yet. the room itself was spacious and had great amenities, including a Marshall Amp to play music from our iPhone and a tablet for web browsing. the staff were incredibly helpful and even returned something we had left behind. the location was perfect, right near the metro and train stations. we had a great experience at Ruby and would definitely stay there again.
