Beautiful facility, outstanding staff

New, tasteful decor. Extremely clean. Great staff. Amazing food. Close to St-Emilion and Pomerol. Private wine cellar tour. Beautiful view of vineyards.

Felt so much at home, no reason to complain.

This hotel offers luxury amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the spa and wellness centre offers incredible full body massages and body scrubs. the outdoor swimming pool area has comfortable sun loungers perfect for basking in the sun. the garden area is tranquil and the ideal spot to relax with a good book. the restaurant breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.

Although the in-room WiFi was fast, the bar service took a while to get served. the drink selection was great and the bartender's recommendations were spot on.

Amazing staff, beautiful grounds, private terrace, comfortable bed, dark curtains, jacuzzi and spa.

The location is perfect, surrounded by vineyards and close to St. Emilion. The decor is tasteful and well thought out, creating a regal and French atmosphere. The staff is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The restaurant offers Michelin star quality dinners, an excellent culinary experience. The wine selection is top-notch, perfect for wine enthusiasts. The spa, although small, offers a great massage experience. Special rates were offered due to the nationwide protests.

The stunning location just outside of St Emilion offers a beautiful escape. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool to relax by. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a verandah overlooking the vineyards. The breakfast provided plenty of choice.

This gorgeous Chateau in the heart of vineyards offers a beautiful location to explore the surrounding wineries. Biking through the picturesque countryside and visiting nearby vineyards is a delightful experience. The rooms are comfortable, with French balconies overlooking the vineyards. The restaurant provides reasonable prices and superb service, while the breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh and high-quality choices.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were lovely with a great pool. The staff were attentive and spoke excellent English, providing us with excellent customer service. We enjoyed delicious and well-presented food in the restaurant on one of the two nights. The hotel's location in the Bordeaux area was perfect, as it was right in the middle of both Pomerol and Saint-Emilion, making wine touring and tasting super easy and convenient.

We stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of Saint-Emilion. the staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was convenient. the hotel had excellent facilities including a spa and swimming pool. the highlight was the fine dining experience, where we could enjoy top-quality cuisine without feeling the need to overdress. We loved sitting on the terrace, overlooking the beautiful vineyards.
