Upon arrival at the hotel, my room was ready and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite with abundant natural light. The breakfast buffet at the Veranda was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options including made-to-order eggs. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a grocery store conveniently located next door and easy access to public transportation. I particularly enjoyed exploring the charming area of Spittelberg, just a few blocks away. The hotel's proximity to the Volkstheater stop made it convenient to visit popular attractions such as the Schoenbrunn Palace and the Vienna Residence Orchestra concert at Palais Auersperg. The staff at the hotel were polite and professional, with special mention to the friendly and helpful front desk manager who even gave me a small gift after checkout.

Although my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The departure taxi was called late, causing unnecessary stress and resulting in me missing my train by just a minute or two.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sans Souci in Vienna for a week-long holiday. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The well-maintained room, with its ample space and beautiful view of Burggasse street, made for a comfortable stay. The friendly and professional staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, made my time in Vienna even more enjoyable. The hotel's prime location just outside the 1st district allowed for a peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance of all the main historical sites. And although I didn't have time to use them, I appreciated having access to the fitness and swimming pool facilities.
