The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the charming village. It was so convenient to be able to explore the town and have everything within walking distance. the view from the hotel was also stunning, with breathtaking scenery of the lake and mountains. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet setup was a bit confusing and it was hard to find everything we wanted. It would have been helpful if there were clearer signs or staff available to assist.

And despite the lack of air conditioning, we were able to stay cool and comfortable by keeping the doors and windows closed. The hotel also provided nice extras like bath salts, robes, and water carafes bedside. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry dock, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited options for us as vegans, but they did offer soy milk, which was a nice touch. our stay was incredible and we would highly recommend Seehotel Gruner Baum to anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay in Hallstatt.
