As low-budget travelers, we were impressed with the warm cinnamon rolls and delicious breakfast options. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The motel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near I10. we had a restful and enjoyable stay.

The room had a musty smell, resembling mildew, which was quite unpleasant. There were also visible signs of mold in the grout around the bathtub.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Live Oak for a business trip. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, desk, and chair. The location was convenient, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. Additionally, the room had a comfortable bed, plenty of outlets and USB charging ports, and a large bathroom with a shower. I also enjoyed the variety of channels on the DirecTV and the delicious breakfast served in a nice seating area.

Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable to sleep on. the towels were soft and not thin like in other hotels. the hotel offers free internet access and a decent selection for breakfast.

There were some issues with mold in the room, which aggravated my children's allergies. the hotel also did not have a heated pool, which was disappointing as we were hoping to use it during our stay.

I had a small issue during my stay, but the staff at Holiday Inn Express were amazing at quickly resolving it. They immediately moved me to a much better room when I mentioned a problem with my first room. They were also quick to fix a clogged sink and were happy to assist me with heating up food. I was impressed with their cheerful and helpful attitude when giving directions. Despite some minor inconveniences like limited laundry facilities and outdated furniture, I found this hotel to be a good choice for a comfortable night's sleep. I will definitely consider staying here again, especially because they efficiently cleaned up after a tropical storm and maintained a spotless pool. Surprisingly, the breakfast was also quite good. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express for their friendly service.
