Perfect location, easy transportation to Schlick 2000. Great pool for kids, not heated but not cold. Loved the play area and seating for watching them. Amazing view, facilities, and staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and wellness area. Spacious rooms with balcony and view, even had a skylight over the bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Delicious dinner and Stubi card was a bonus. a good experience.

From entering to leaving, staff were very helpful. Room kept at no extra cost. Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient shuttlebus service. Kinderzimmer interesting for kids. Wonderful breakfast and dinner choices. Lovely outdoors. Amazing skylight in our room.

We spent our Easter holidays in a ski hotel that, despite not having the newest rooms, had an amazing view on the mountains. the hotel provided a shuttle service to the ski station, making it easy to get there. Another great advantage was the location, as it was close to the town center where we could find some nice restaurants.

we found the towels provided to be old and not very clean. It was also a bit chilly in the dining area and even though we asked for it to be made warmer, it didn't happen.

The staff at Sporthotel Cristall were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I had a late flight, they let me keep my room at no extra cost. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor pools were a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and great amenities.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views and plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room itself was absolutely stunning, with two floors and a skylight over the bed. It had all the amenities I could ask for, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
