This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing escape with top-quality massages and beauty treatments. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The library and sun terrace were wonderful spaces for relaxation and the BBQ facilities were a great touch.

The dinner options in the restaurant were limited and slightly overpriced compared to other dining options in the area. However, the in-room breakfast was exceptional and made up for this minor issue.

Located in a picturesque area surrounded by the stunning Qing Cheng mountain, this hotel offers a perfect escape in nature. The spacious and beautifully designed rooms, equipped with radiant heat in the bathroom, ensure a comfortable stay. The attentive staff anticipate your needs and provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel offers great dining options. the hotel is walking distance to the Puzhao temple, adding to the overall charm of the location.

One minor downside is that the indoor swimming pool temperature may be too low for small children, especially considering the outside temperature.

The hotel was well-decorated for Christmas and had a nice festive atmosphere. The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were a nice touch. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby places.

The service was slow and unorganized. We had to wait a long time to check-in and our room wasn't ready even though we arrived after the designated check-in time.
