The hotel was an epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities were beyond our expectations and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the staff provided impeccable service, making us feel welcome and pampered. the spa & wellness centre with indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage had a rejuvenating effect on us. the sun terrace with its stunning views was perfect for relaxation. Our room had amazing exclusive advantages with luxurious linens and toiletries.

There was a minor issue with the breakfast. Although it was tasty, the variety could have been better.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, with magnificent buildings and a stunning setting in the whole valley. The rooms at Le Chalet Zannier are spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and lovely terraces. The staff is wonderful, going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel also offers a spa with candlelit caverns and skilled masseurs.

Finding the right light switch for the lights in the room was a bit of a mystery, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience at the hotel.

I was blown away by the incredible service at Le Chalet Zannier. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, arranging food in my room when I arrived late and even laying out my ski equipment in my car each day. The ambience of the hotel was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the dishes with truffle. I can't wait to come back every year!

The snowy mountains in the countryside were really pretty. the food was good and there was a lot of it, so we didn't go hungry. the cozy atmosphere was great for Christmas. We did enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fireplace. the staff was nice, and they helped us with some hiking trails nearby. the town was close enough to walk to and had some cute shops and cafes.

Our room was really small - we barely had any space to move around. the heater wasn't working, so we had to bundle up in the blankets to keep warm.

Impressive location and architecture. Spacious, well-appointed rooms with luxurious amenities. Attentive and friendly staff, always ready to assist. Delicious breakfast and top-notch service. Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
