The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants and the old town within walking distance. The interior of the hotel was modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and seating. The bathroom was outstanding. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, the overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and quality rooms.

The suite was amazing, with two separate sections for sitting and sleeping. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring. The staff at the reception were professional, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to all the major attractions. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom and a good shower. the staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing us with extra towels and pillows when needed. the free Wi-fi in the rooms was a great feature, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which were always busy and had friendly staff.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly like. there was no room service available, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a city center. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was close to basically everything you might wish to visit in this city. It was so convenient to attractions like the Christmas markets and the Hohensalzburg Fortress funicular. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing me to check in early and check out late. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and very convenient.

The rooms were a good size and clean, with comfortable beds. the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to many restaurants and cafes, and five minutes from the historic old town. the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

The hotel could be a bit warm and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking for sleeping. the breakfast was a bit limited and expensive, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of dining options and sights within walking distance, like the bridge to cross over the river and visit Christmas markets. The warm and tidy rooms with mini-fridges are convenient for a short stay. Some guests have found the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities like coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and the air-conditioning system has been reported as ineffective.

We loved the Italian restaurant below the hotel, the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, just a short walk from Mirabell Platz and the Old Town. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of the city. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and the pedestrian area is just a stone's throw away. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, although lacking in character, are clean and well-equipped, with a lovely bathroom and even views of the Alps. The facilities are great and the breakfast, although not included in the rate, offers great value for money.

The hotel is perfectly located in a pedestrian precinct, just steps away from the heart of the city. This makes it easy to explore Salzburg on foot and visit all the main attractions. Plus, the views of the monastery on the mountain from some of the rooms are simply stunning! The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable with fairly new furniture and a cozy bed, providing a good night's sleep.

Had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel with excellent finishes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary gift. I highly recommend this hotel!
